With the Mashable Social Media Day Italy just around the corner which took place in Milan (for those who don't know it, it is the event that celebrates the digital revolution, the dynamics and potential of social networks), we wanted to interview Eleonora Rocca , founder and co-organizer of the Italian event signed Mashable. With 16 years of curriculum and professional experience in the sector, developed between Italy and the UK, where she currently resides, Eleonora represents the perfect archetype of the modern marketer. Eleonora Rocca First of all, thank you Eleonora for your availability. What is the report you can give us of this edition of Mashable.
Social Media Day 2016? So, the report is very simple: the event Brazil Phone Number was exactly as I had imagined and perhaps even better than that. We raised the bar of content, we created a perfect mix of training and networking, we made 600 enthusiasts who came from all over Italy to follow us smile and have fun. We looked at Milan from above thanks to OIKOS, who hosted us for an aperitif in style at their temporary store located on the 25th floor of Torre Velasca. I managed to bring professionals and organizations with whom I work or have worked for years into the same room, developing career experiences and beautiful projects. It was a great emotion to see them on stage. To name a few: Carlo Rinaldi of Microsoft, Stefano .
Tresca of StartupHome. Alessandro Cordova of The Startup Training (project by ICRIOS Bocconi) and many others who I take this opportunity to thank from the bottom of my heart for making all this possible. …and any interesting anecdotes from behind the scenes? Organizing such a big event wasn't easy, especially having another full time job, a blog and a consulting company at the same time! Furthermore, the #SMDAYIT16 team was located in 3 different Italian cities and I was in London; so there was a good dose of generalized stress behind the scenes and several moments in which you say: "I'll never make it"... and then you're surprised because one way or another, it always succeeds. For this reason, this year I am already ready with an enlarged and perfectly balanced team in terms of distribution of skills and a good dose of sangfroid to face any difficulty.
